Dr. James A. Jagger completed his undergraduate education at Harvard, and then received his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at the Wright State University School of Medicine. Dr. Jagger continued his training with a Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the Northwest Ohio Center for Sports Medicine and The Toledo Hospital. Dr. Jagger is board-certified in Emergency Medicine with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine.
Dr. Jagger has served as a Team Physician for the University of Kentucky, the University of Toledo, and DePauw University, and he has served on the faculty of the University of Kentucky Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship, the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, the Department of Health and Human Performance at DePauw University, and other institutions. He is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.
Dr. Jagger most recently served as the Medical Director of the Orthopaedic Urgent Care for OrthoIndy, and is now working with the Orthopaedic Urgent Care at OrthoCincy.
